About Us
Who are We ?
LET’S BAKE IT is a transformative corporate wellness initiative that blends the art of baking with powerful psychosocial tools to support leadership resilience, emotional well-being, and team cohesion.
Our mission is to bake balance into leadership and workplaces by using baking as a medium for stress relief, emotional expression, and human connection. We help leaders and teams manage burnout, cultivate psychological safety, and reconnect with their purpose — one mindful baking session at a time.
All programs are built on our signature REWIRE™ Framework — a therapeutic process that guides leaders to Reflect, Resolve, and Reconnect. Like baking, transformation happens in stages, and our methodology honors rest, welcomes truth, and rises with compassion.
Rooted in lived experience and evidence-based methodologies, our programs integrate creative baking experiences with coaching on empathy, reflective leadership, and effective communication. Led by facilitators with expertise in leadership development, mental wellness, and culinary arts, LET’S BAKE IT offers more than just skills — we deliver growth, insight, and reconnection through every shared story and every batch baked together.
Meet the Visionary
Gregory “Tosan” Jemide.
Gregory ‘Tosan’ Jemide is a visionary entrepreneur, celebrated cake artist, and passionate advocate for leadership wellness. With over two decades of experience blending creativity with mentorship, Tosan has pioneered a powerful approach to personal and professional transformation — one that begins in the kitchen and resonates far beyond it.
Tosan launched his baking career in the UK in 1999 with Cakes by Tosan, earning acclaim for extraordinary custom cakes. Upon returning to Nigeria in 2001, he elevated the brand to become one of Africa’s most iconic cake companies, winning multiple awards and serving high-profile clients — including the creation of a 28-foot-tall cake that gained global recognition.
But behind the success was a lived experience of burnout, adversity, and emotional strain — challenges that would later inspire his mission to support others in navigating stress, reconnection, and resilience.
Now based in Australia, Tosan works at the intersection of leadership development, corporate wellness, and therapeutic baking. He’s collaborated with trauma specialists to design non-clinical, experiential programs that use baking as a vehicle for reflection, emotional expression, and psychological safety — supporting not only at-risk youth but also executives, managers, and workplace teams.
At the heart of his work is his signature REWIRE™ Framework: 1. Reflect on stress and disconnection, 2. Resolve limiting patterns and emotional fatigue and, 3. Reconnect with purpose, self, and team
Whether mentoring young people or facilitating leadership workshops, Tosan transforms kitchens into spaces for growth, clarity, and genuine renewal.
Happily married to his childhood friend Claire and a proud father of six, Tosan continues to use his creative gifts and compassionate leadership to inspire individuals, organizations, and communities worldwide.

REWIRE™ Framework
→ Recognise the fire
- Acknowledge the burnout, the tension, the emotional fatigue.
- Identify where you’ve been over-functioning or emotionally bypassing.
→ Exhale and pause
- Interrupt the pattern.
- Like resting the dough, you step away from the pressure and let your nervous system reset.
→ Witness without judgment
- Instead of rushing to fix, you learn to observe: “This is what I’m feeling. This is what it’s costing me.”
→ Integrate with compassion
- Look at the parts of yourself you’ve ignored to keep delivering.
- Gently weave in honesty, new boundaries, and more sustainable expectations.
- Accept complexity without shame.
→ Reframe your response
- Shift from reacting to choosing.
- Ask: “What needs to change—not just externally, but in how I relate to my role, my worth, and my pace?”
→ Embody a new rhythm
- Begin to live the shift, not just think about it.
- Through rituals, creativity, rest, and new relational patterns—you rise, but differently.
- This is about sustainable leadership, not survival leadership.
Baking Metaphor: The outer cycle is like the baking process: Rest the dough → Adjust the mix → Let it rise
The inner acronym is how you move through that process: R.E.W.I.R.E.

FAQ
frequently asked
questions (FAQs)
We blend therapeutic baking with leadership coaching and psychological tools to create deeply experiential programs. It’s hands-on, reflective, and designed to foster real transformation through creativity and connection.
Not at all! Our sessions are guided, beginner-friendly, and focused more on the experience than the outcome. It’s about what you discover in the process; not how your cake turns out.
Absolutely. Each program can be customized based on your team’s goals—whether it’s burnout recovery, psychological safety, or leadership development. We also offer private sessions and corporate retreats.
